SHIPPING + DELIVERY DETAILS
Whether getting your goods home or sending them on a return flight back to us, get all the insights about how Shipping + Returns work at Nootka + Sea.
Note: the below information applies only to products purchased through the Nootka + Sea website. If you’ve purchased your products through a Nootka + Sea stockist or retailer, please refer to their policies and procedures for both shipping and returns.
- Once you complete payment online, you will receive an email confirming your order. Note: this first email is *not* a confirmation of shipping - you will receive another email notifying you when your order has shipped.
- A flat rate of $15.00 applies for all orders under $75.00 shipped within North America. All Canadian & US orders over $75.00 receive free shipping.
- All orders are processed within 5* business days of receipt of order. If by chance your shipment is delayed, you will be notified via email as soon as possible.
*Due to COVID-19, we are currently requiring 5-10 business days for processing due to product availability, accessibility and supply-related delays. Thank you for your patience!
- Products shipped within Canada are shipped ground via Canada Post or FedEx from our Squamish warehouse. If you require express shipping please contact us.
- All Canadian customers will be charged applicable HST and Provincial taxes.
- If you live locally in Squamish, BC, we offer in store pickup OR local delivery: $5.00 for orders under $75.00, and free for orders over $75.00.
- Products shipped to the United States are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx from our Squamish warehouse. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date your order is shipped.
